These figures represent crossbowmen for the Italian Wars, who rode on campaign and into battle mounted on horses, but who would most likely have fought on foot. Figures are now supplied with separate heads wearing soft hats and can be can be mixed with most other figures in this range. They are supplied with a random mix of horses.
